The core of our business is held at our
40,000 sq foot, company owned
multi-million dollar data and call
center headquarters. We are located in
the heart of New England off I- 95 a
short distance from Boston and New York
City with passenger rail service.
The HQ is complete with ITS technicians,
call center engineers, and fault
tolerant servers; also a highly
available infrastructure, which allows
us to offer our Managed Services
platform to our partners without having
to outsource any piece of ITS offerings.
This ensures that all call center calls
and client data stored through ITS is
secure and protected right here in the
United States.
ITS also provides opportunities for
